We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
If and when we expand shipping to other regions, this page will be updated accordingly.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (based on your location within India)
Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days
Please note: Delays may occur during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen courier issues.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Undelivered Packages
If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability:
The package may be returned to us.
Reshipping will be subject to additional charges.
No refunds will be issued for orders marked undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.

We will investigate and offer a suitable solution — such as a replacement or refund.
