2. Paid Digital Products (eBooks, Downloadables)
If we launch paid digital items:
All sales will be final—once you purchase and download, refunds are not available.

3. Online Cooking Classes or Workshops
In the event we offer paid classes or virtual workshops:
Full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event.
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the start time.
If an event is canceled by Chef Chitra, you may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled date.
4. Physical Products (Merchandise, Kits)
Should we launch physical items:
Order cancellations accepted within 12 hours of purchase, before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
For damaged defects, please contact us within 3 days with photographic proof; we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
Return shipping for non-defective returns will be the buyer’s responsibility.
